Late 60's/Early 70's (c. 1968-71) Long Sleeve Embroidered Ivory Chiffon 'William Cahill*' Couture Wedding Gown w/Capelet & Original Veil
This embroidered chiffon gown features the most delicate vine pattern. High collar, long sleeves, illusion neckline, 'dropped' waistline and an embroidered capelet. Great details! All of the soft flow of the sheerest chiffon, but double-lined for proper modesty. The innermost lining has a tiny hole (see photo), most likely from a shoe heel. It is not seen from the outside. Back zipper to mid-back, then button & loop closures to the neck. Train extends 24" past the natural hemline. Original matching veil is included.
