​Early 1920's 'Robe de Style' Silk-Satin Wedding Dress w/Original Lace, Floral Embellishments & (Single Wire) Hip Panniers

Amazing dress!!  In excellent condition!!  Perfect as a collectible item but could even be worn by someone who is VERY slight-of-frame.  I love the fact that the original large silk rose, sweet Lily-of-the-Valley floral clusters & ribbons are still intact.  Long sleeve, silk satin, V-neck, with an alternating silk satin & lace tiered skirt.  The hipline has the original wire panniers (to intentionally widen the look of the hips) on each side, but these panniers are one (single) piece of curved wire at each hip, rather than the birdcage-type of panniers.  Please note that this dress slips-on (no buttons or hooks), so if it's to be worn, it would require someone with narrow hips and extremely small shoulders (to slip it over the head).  Note:  Because the dropped waist on this dress is SO small, I had to photograph it on a child-size mannequin, hence the odd-looking fit.  My petite adult mannequin is a size 2 with 14" wide shoulders, and I could not get this dress past the shoulders.
